Gas Boiler Service (Approx. 1 hour) undertaken by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer

- Visual inspection for water and gas leaks

- Pressure testing and flue emissions check

LPG Boiler Service (Approx. 1 hour) undertaken by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer

Oil Boiler Service (Approx. 2–2.5 hours) undertaken by an OFTEC (Oil Firing Technical Association) Registered Engineer

- Specialist hose integrity inspection and completion of a visual check on the oil tank itself (its condition, connections and the location of tank)

If issues or defects are found during the servicing process, we will provide a quote for any remedial works which are recommended to be carried out.
